My sister is expecting.

Joy and John Paul have hoped and prayed and wished for this little baby…and we’re finally here in the home stretch. Any day day now, I will be cuddling a little Hogan-baby. Combine John Paul’s ginger locks and Joy’s olive, almost European, complexion… this babe’s genetics alone will prove to be nothing short of special.

Baby Hogan, I am so excited to love you. Can’t wait to hear you cry and reach for your Mama…and watch you be soothed and entranced by your Dad. The parents you’re getting, are nothing short of amazing. You already have the classiest playroom and nursery on the block; they will take good, good care of you. When two people simply enjoy installing a car seat as much as they did…you can 100% be sure they are ready to be parents. Your parents. All they need is you.

You take your sweet time getting ready for us, little babe. I love it, you’re already seeming more like me than your Mama…fashionably late. ;) We’ll get along famously.
